Type A1 Graded Crystallizer
The obtained produce from our Type A1 graded crystallizer has large particle size and high quality, and perfectly fit particle size classification system which makes the particle size controllable and uniform. It’s also conducive to the subsequent filtration and drying, and it can greatly reduce the energy consumption of the subsequent process.
Type A1 graded crystallizer excels with less breakage, large solution circulation, small solution supersaturation, and it hardly form secondary crystal nucleus, which is conducive to crystallization operation. Fine crystal elimination system is added, and the area generated by supersaturation and crystal growth area are set at two places of the crystallizer respectively, which can effectively alleviate the problems of small crystals and easy blockage of pipelines or agglomeration. The use of clear liquid circulation can effectively avoid the destruction of crystals through the circulating pump. It can be used for continuous production and a wide range of output regulation, especially for cooling crystallization, evaporation crystallization, vacuum crystallization and other solution crystallization processes.
Vacuum evaporation crystallizer
Vacuum evaporation crystallizer integrates concentration, evaporation and crystallization in one body. It is used for crystallization of heat sensitive materials. It is suitable for fine chemical industry, bioengineering, pharmaceutical and other industries. We can design and manufacture a variety of vacuum evaporation crystallizers according to parameters of targeted material and production scale.
Multi effect evaporative crystallization system
Our multi-effect evaporative crystallization system has obvious advantages for the crystallization of the system with small solubility change under the effect of temperature, and it can complete the operation of evaporation, concentration and crystallization in the same evaporator. It is widely used in the industrial production of inorganic and organic systems such as aluminum chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and citric acid.
We have also successfully developed 65m3, 75m3, 90m3, 110m3and 178m3variable multistage (constant temperature) vibrating continuous cooling crystallization systems. It is used in the continuous crystallization system of glucose, mannitol, maltitol, fructose, inorganic salt, etc. More than 100 sets of our vertical crystallizers have been provided to customers.
We have also independently developed 25m3, 30m3, 36m3, 40m3and 45m3horizontal crystallizers, and sold more than 550 sets of them to the world.
